Favazza Etna Winery is located on the eastern slope of Mount Etna, at an altitude of about 1,000 meters, in an area where the soil changes every hundred steps and the incredible signs of the 1971 lava flow are still visible among the vineyards. Etna is one of the most incredible and varied terroirs in the world, and Favazza's project is to select, bring together, and promote the best wines produced by various small wineries in the Etna area. It is a place where you can taste the wines of Etna in all their many facets.
Respect for the land has also led to the creation of a vegetable garden where many local varieties are grown organically and then used in Favazza's kitchens, changing with each season.
