Nine Norwegian chefs and food experts taking part in an engaging pastry class in a beatiful Estate on the Etna slopes. We are making from scratch some of the most famous Sicilian traditional sweets: cassate, cannoli, paste di mandorla (almond cookies) and olivette di Sant’Agata (Saint Agatha sweet olives).
